Juan is helping give structure and guidance to the Literary Festival in Chacala. Origjpinary of Uruapan, Michoacan, he is a filmmaker and nature enthusiast who lives full-time in La Peñita de Jaltemba, Nayarit, just 25 minutes from Chacala. He left Hollywood behind to develop his YouTube channel XaltembaTV which shows everything about life in this area, from cultural festivals, underwater shots of whales & other sea life, to human interest documentaries.
